Questions about plans
Is the calculator still free?
Yes. Single-item calculations, the variation table with CSV export and print, the HTS lookup and the no-DDP helper stay free with no login and no limit.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
Open Account › Manage billing. Stripe’s billing portal lets you switch between Maker, Shop and Pro (prorated) or cancel. After cancelling you keep paid features until the end of the month already paid.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are not refunded for partly used months, except where the law requires it. If you were charged in error or did not use a month at all, ask within 14 days and we refund it. Details are in the terms.
What file does bulk reprice accept?
The listings CSV Etsy exports from Shop Manager (columns such as TITLE, PRICE, CURRENCY_CODE and VARIATION values), up to 500 listings and 2 MB per file. You download a CSV with a new US price for every listing and variation.
Which currencies do you bill in?
US dollars, through Stripe. Your bank may convert the charge to your currency.
