Terms of use

  1. Estimates only. DDPCalc provides estimates for pricing. It is not a customs ruling, nor legal, tax or customs-brokerage advice. Duties, fees and exchange rates change, sometimes without notice.
  2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for classifying your goods, the values and origins you declare, and complying with customs, marketplace and carrier rules. Verify codes and rates at hts.usitc.gov and with your carrier.
  3. No warranty. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, including under-collected duties or fees.
  4. Data sources. Tariff data comes from the USITC (public domain). Fee figures come from the linked public pages and are dated. Trademarks belong to their owners; DDPCalc is not affiliated with Etsy, eBay, Shopify, any carrier, USITC or CBP.
  5. Accounts and fair use. Keep your password and API keys private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don’t abuse the site, its forms or its API (automated mass submissions, attacks, getting around rate limits, reselling API access).

Paid plans, refunds and cancellation

  • Maker ($5/month), Shop ($15/month) and Pro ($39/month) are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through Stripe until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time under Account › Manage billing. You keep paid features until the end of the month already paid and are not charged again.
  • Switching between Maker, Shop and Pro is prorated by Stripe.
  • We don’t give partial refunds for unused time in a monthly period, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, or for a month you did not use at all, ask within 14 days of the charge (reply to your Stripe receipt) and we will refund it. A refunded subscription ends paid access.
  • If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and paid features keep working while it does; if it still fails the subscription ends and the account returns to Free. Free features never stop working.
  • Pro team seats belong to the Pro owner. When the Pro plan ends, members lose access to the shared workspace but keep their own free accounts. API keys stop working when Pro ends.
  • Your saved data stays in your account after a plan ends; you can export it again by resubscribing, or ask us to delete it.
  • Prices may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
