The calculator

No account, no ads, no tracking cookies. The numbers you type into the calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. Your variation table is saved in your browser’s local storage only; clear it by clearing site data.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Accounts (optional)

If you create an account we store your email, a salted PBKDF2 hash of your password (never the password), your plan and, if you subscribe, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs. One essential cookie (__Host-ddp_acct) keeps you logged in; it is not used for tracking. To limit abuse we keep hashed (not reversible) IP addresses for failed logins and API calls for up to 24 hours.

What paid features store

  • Saved products (Maker+): the product name, calculator settings, variation rows and the prices shown when you saved.
  • Bulk reprice (Shop+): your uploaded CSV is processed in memory to produce the result and is not stored.
  • Alerts (Shop+): whether you opted in to alert emails and which notices you have read.
  • Profiles, team seats and API keys (Pro): profile fee settings, the emails of teammates you add, and a SHA-256 hash of each API key (the key itself is shown once and never stored).

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us the subscription status, plan and customer ID so we can turn features on or off; Stripe’s own privacy policy covers the payment data it processes.

Product updates

If you sign up for product updates we store your email, the plan you are interested in, an optional ship-from country, the page, the date, your country as detected by Cloudflare and your browser’s user-agent, in a Cloudflare D1 database, and use it only for those updates.

Deleting your data

Delete saved products, profiles, seats and keys yourself in your account. To delete your whole account or your product-updates entry, contact us from the email address on the account and we will remove it. Cancelling a plan does not delete your account.

Sharing

We don’t sell or share your data. Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Stripe (payments) process it on our behalf.
